Hi dear Region,
before send you my Monthly Report of September (it'll be sent in few
minutes) I'd like to comment a bit the questionnaire results.
The answers to the SPRING SMALL QUESTIONNAIRE surprised me a lot but also
confirmed me some of my ideas concerning my beautiful Region!

Let's start:

>2)MAIN PROBLEMS IN YOUR LOCAL: (multiple answers)
>-Lack of active members 37.8%
>-Lack of any kine of members 13.5%
>-Lack of sponsors 13.5%

ACTIVE MEMBERS.... MEMBERS.... SPONSORS....., 3 key problems...., how to
solve them?
SEND YOUR MEMBERS TO THE EUROPEAN SCHOOLS, FUND RAISING SCHOOLS, any kine
of Internal Education Event is useful!!! Believe me..., it's an investment
for your Locals, give a reimbursement to the potential participants they'll
pay back using their skills and motivations.

>3)HOW AEGEE EUROPE SHOULD HELP YOUR LOCAL?: (multiple answers)
>-No way 45.4%
>-By providing internal education 18.2%
>-By increase and clearify the information flow 13.6%
>-By organizing Regional Events 9.1%
>-By changing the SU and Event selection criteria 4.5%
>-By giving economical supports 4.5%
>-By presenting some sponsors 4.5%

If you felt AEGEE Europe far from you, far from your local problems THIS IS
ALSO OUR/MY FAULT!!!! But you should also cooperate (I remind you that 6
Locals even didn't answer to my questionnaire!), AEGEE is a Network not a
arcipelago of few isolated islands, the solution of your problems is
probably near to you, but you don't want to see it, because you're looking
too much on your local level.
In this way I'll try to start a new season of NETCOM TRIPS with some people
of my team, and other who can join me on the way.

>-European Projects 25.3%
>-Public Relation 17.3%
>-Fund Raising 17.3%
>-AEGEE Europe Structure 16%
>-Team working 13.3%
>-Agora and statutory meetings 10.6%

In this case everything seems to be balanced except that the Projects of
AEGEE Europe are almost unknown, but it's pity. Can you compare the
knowledges about Projects with PR, or FR skills? NO!!!! To be trained on PR
you need a well done Event (a PRES possibly)..., but to know all AEGEE
Projects and how to contribute to them you just need..... TO ASK ME!!!!!!
Feel free to do it.
Some Locals looked for information in the past, the results were EXTREMELY
WELL ORGANIZED AND POSITIVE EVENTS by AEGEE Torino (Bordeless Europe
Project), by AEGEE Udine (Quo Vadis Europe Project)... just 2 examples!

Ok that's all with my comments now I'm waiting your ones, write them
possibly on this list not to me personally.
