Cari e care,
mi chiamo Enrico Meloni e sono il segretario di Aegee-Genova.
Siamo stati contattati da Alex Volf di YMOTF che sta mettendo su un evento
abbastanza grosso: la prima edizione dello Youth Ideas World Seminar, che
si terrà a Barcellona dal 19 agosto al 2 settembre 2012.
Mi ha chiesto di cercare di contattare le altre antenne Aegee in Italia ed
è per questo che vi scrivo.
Dov'è l'inghippo? :)
Il tema dell'evento è COMMUNICATE!!! e i rappresentanti delle associazioni
(è un evento aperto a tutti i paesi del mondo) dovranno tenere una
conferenza o fare un workshop su questa tematica. L'organizzazione si
preoccuperà di coprire TUTTE LE SPESE per i rappresentanti, una persona per
ciascuna associazione (compreso il viaggio, l'accommodation e i pasti).
La deadline per contattarlo e per confermare l'intenzione a prendere parte
all'evento è il 15 maggio 2012. Intervento o workshop dovranno essere
preparati entro il 15 giugno.
