i'd like to add some points:

- what about the fee? sorry, but i didn't find it in your mail :D
- the application for an official event should be send by the AEGEE account,
so it means that you should (but i'm sure you already did it, right?) create
the event on the Intranet, and send link on the mailing list for
participants! :D
