Dear Rainbow Network,

It is with great pleasure that I finally send you the first Rainbow Telegram
from my Rainbow Team. Whilst some of you are still recuperating after
wonderful but very tiring Summer Universities, and some of us are still
organising them, we thought we would update you about what's going on in our
region. In this edition you can find an introduction to the team, reports on
