Dear all,

some reminders about registration procedure at the Agora:

REGISTER immediately on the day of your arrival: remember that the deks for the registrations will be open only until Friday at 13.00
So try to book your flights, your train, your car, your ....hitch-hiking in order to be there before that time (quotation from our dear Davide Calenda!)

There will be two registration desks:

- AEGEE-Amsterdam desk: 
all of you have to register here on personal behalf in order to pay your participation-fee and to get a sleeping place, meals tickets, badges, gadgets and so on
REMEMBER: register here before Friday 3rd at 13.00 otherwise your place will be given to other late comers that will show up that day!

- AEGEE-Europe desk: 
one of your delegate has to register here the presence of your LOCAL at the Agora in order to hand in Members' List, Activity and Financial Report, to pay the membership-fees (6,25 Euro x member x year PLUS 2,5 Euro x SU applicant) and to get stickers, ballot paper, membership cards and other Agora-related material.
REMEMBER: register here before Friday 3rd at 13.00 otherwise you won't get your voting rights!!!

A smart suggestion: register as soon as you can. The Agora is a huge event with 600 participants that have all to register themselves between Thursday and Friday morning: the sooner you do it, the less time you spend in queue waiting for your turn! ;-)))
