Dear friends,

I think that every AEGEE member who's going to Adana must be aware of
aim,contemt and tasks of the President Meeting:
-prepare the Agora in Poznan,allowing ideas to be debated from a
practical point of view before the Agora decides.
-provide the information and co-ordination oppurtunity for all the antennae
and Comité Directeur.
-AEGEE locals,the CD,the Commissions and the Working Groups are able to
express their opinions,to discuss,and exchange their experience at the PM.
-for the first-timers it will be an opportunity to learn from the more
experienced members.
-for the more experienced members it should be an opportunity
to learn the fresh ideas of the new members.

The board members of AEGEE locals,the Comité Directeur and the
representatives of thecommissions and Working groups are supposed to
partecipate at the PM.
The Agora ratifies the decisions of the PM by simple majority.

=>The success of the PM depends by all of us,every single contribute
and our concrete and active partecipation!

Here it's the check list:

* Has every delegate and/or observer representing your local got copy
  of the PM Booklet?
if not send to [log in to unmask] the command GET PM-BOOKLET...
* Have you read it thoroughly?
* Have you arranged your trip in order to arrive on Friday morning?
* Have you checked the different Workshops with all the
  representatives of your antenna and discussed who should go where?
* Have you discussed this PM's topics in your local board/AGORA?
* Have you read the rules for registration?
* Have you checked that all Activity Reports/Financial Reports/
  Payments of the last Agoras have been handed in correctly?
  Otherwise please bring them to the PM! Remember that not fulfilling
  these obligations can lead to a degradation to Contact Antenna.
  For every problem Aliki (Treasurer) Michal (Network Responsible)
  and Oana (Secretary) will be happy to answer your questions.
* Have you checked that you have got your membership card with valid
  stickers? If you need some more, please contact Oana before the PM.
* Do you need any other AEGEE-Europe material for your local? Do you
  have any further questions about how to prepare? contact:aegee-cd-
  [log in to unmask]
* Events organisers: promote your event at the PM!!!!!!!!!
  Remember that in order to announce your event in the plenary (Sunday,
10:00) you have to apply at the registration desk before
  the closure of the registration.

No contacts in our region (Italy,Slovenia,Croatia,Malta) will sign the
Convention d'Adhésion.

You can always meet me at the PM to talk about your local.
Informal Regional Meetings are on Sunday 26th after lunch at 14.00 !!
